- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 sweet onion, sliced
- 1 to 1 1/4 c. celery, diced
- 1 qt. yellow beans, drained
- 1 qt. green beans, drained
- 1 small can dark red kidney beans
- 1 green or red sweet pepper, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix together the first 4 ingredients, then let the mixture stand while you slice the rest.

2Mix together all the vegetables, then add the vinegar mixture.

3Let it stand for 24 hours before serving.
