Ingredients

  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 sweet onion, sliced
  • 1 to 1 1/4 c. celery, diced
  • 1 qt. yellow beans, drained
  • 1 qt. green beans, drained
  • 1 small can dark red kidney beans
  • 1 green or red sweet pepper, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix together the first 4 ingredients, then let the mixture stand while you slice the rest.

    Mix together all the vegetables, then add the vinegar mixture.

    Let it stand for 24 hours before serving.
