  • 1 can cut green beans, drained
  • 1 can cut yellow beans, drained
  • 1 can red kidney beans, drained
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 jar (2 oz.) pimiento, cut in small pieces
  • 2/3 c. white vinegar
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. salad oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Combine drained beans, green pepper, celery, onion and pimiento in large bowl.

    Combine the vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and pepper.

    Stir until sugar is dissolved.

    Pour mixture over vegetables and mix thoroughly.

    Refrigerate several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.

    Drain before serving.
