- 3/4 c. Bisquick mix
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cut int 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. sliced ham, diced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Lightly grease 2-quart round casserole. Beat eggs with hand beater.

3Beat in baking mix and milk until smooth.

4Stir in remaining ingredients; pour into casserole.

5Bake until knife inserted near center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.

6Let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
