Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 cooked hen, chicken or turkey breast
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked in chicken broth
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 medium jar pimentos
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 onion
  • 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 lb. cheese (Velveeta)

Directions

    Cut up cooled, cooked chicken.

    Cook spaghetti in broth and drain.

    Saute onion and celery.

    Combine all the ingredients in a large casserole dish.

    You may add a can of English peas, if you wish.

    Top with grated cheese.

    Bake at 325° for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
