Three Cheese Stuffed Shells

  • 1 box giant shells for stuffing
  • 12 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. parsley
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 32 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 2 (48 oz.) jars Prego spaghetti sauce with mushrooms (or equivalent)
  • 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • pepper to taste
  • 4 eggs, beaten

    Mix all cheese (except Parmesan), eggs and seasonings in a large bowl.

    Pour spaghetti sauce on bottom of two 9 x 13-inch pans.
