- 1 box giant shells for stuffing
- 12 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. parsley
- Parmesan cheese
- 32 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 2 (48 oz.) jars Prego spaghetti sauce with mushrooms (or equivalent)
- 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- pepper to taste
- 4 eggs, beaten

5Mix all cheese (except Parmesan), eggs and seasonings in a large bowl.

8Pour spaghetti sauce on bottom of two 9 x 13-inch pans.
