- 12 Jumbo shells
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 - 12 oz container cottage cheese
- 1/2 c mozzarella cheese
- 1-14 oz can stewed tomatoes
- 1- 8 oz can tomato sauce
Directions

1Cook pasta shells about 18 minutes or until tender, but still firm (drain).

2Cool.

3Stir together egg, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.

4Spoon into cooled shells.

5Arrange in a 2 qt square baking dish.

6Combine stewed tomatoes (undrained) and sauce.

7Pour over shells in baking dish.

8Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes (covered) or 25-30 minutes (uncovered) or until heated through.
