  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 dash Grated ginger
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 dash Sugar
  • 2 tsp Mirin

    Add the seasonings to a small pot.

    When they start to boil, add meat, and simmer until the liquid is almost gone.

    Egg Soboro: 1 egg, 2 teaspoons mirin, and a small amount of sugar.

    Heat a small amount of oil in a separate small pot, pour in all the egg mixture, and scramble until crumbly.
