Ingredients
- 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 (3 oz.) can pimento, chopped
Directions

1Combine cabbage, onion, pepper and pimento.

2Set aside. Combine other ingredients and bring to a hard boil.

3Pour hot sauce over chopped vegetables and mix well.

4Pack into containers and cover.

5Let set in refrigerator for 3 days without removing cover.

6Yields 12 servings.
