  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic and pepper

Directions

    Cook spinach, drain and squeeze.

    Mix the ingredients together and put into the refrigerator for one hour.

    Roll into balls about bite-sized and bake for 15 minutes at 350°.
