- 1 cup finely chopped mango
- 1 cup finely chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup finely chopped peeled cucumber
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeno or poblano (seeded)
- 1 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Combine and mix all ingredients in a bowl, let stand for 15 - 20 minutes, serve with a slotted spoon.
