  • 3/4 lb. boneless pork, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 (16 oz.) jars chunky salsa
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans extra spicy chili beans
  • 1 c. shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
  • 2 oz. (1/2 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add pork and onion; cook 5 to 10 minutes or until pork is no longer pink, stirring frequently.
