- 3/4 lb. boneless pork, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 (16 oz.) jars chunky salsa
- 2 (15 oz.) cans extra spicy chili beans
- 1 c. shredded lettuce
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
- 2 oz. (1/2 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.

2Add pork and onion; cook 5 to 10 minutes or until pork is no longer pink, stirring frequently.

3Stir in salsa and beans.

4Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until pork is tender and flavors are blended, stirring occasionally.
