- cubed stew beef
- onions, cubed
- carrot, cubed
- potatoes, cubed
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can water
- 1 box frozen green peas
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Place cubed beef in bottom of baking pan.

2Sprinkle with brown sugar.

3Put cubed onions, carrots, celery and potatoes over meat. Sprinkle frozen peas over vegetables.

4Salt and pepper to taste. Top with can of tomato soup and can of water.

5Cover tightly with foil.

6Place in oven for 3 hours at 250°.

7Do not open until served.
