  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1 baked pie shell

Directions

    Chop raisins; add sour cream, eggs, sugar, spices and salt. Stir well.

    Bring these ingredients to a boil.

    Reduce heat and stir constantly until mixture is thick.

    Remove from heat and add butter and lemon juice.

    Cool completely.

    Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar.

    Whip the cream and fold into cheese mixture. Spread half of cheese mixture into a baked pie shell.

    Add the raisin mixture.

    Top with remaining cheese mixture.
