  • 20 saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 split boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 c. each red, green and yellow peppers, cut in strips
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • hot cooked pasta or rice
