- 1 -1 14 lb beef flank steak
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3 green onions, including some tops, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
Directions

1Trim all visible fat from steak.

2Place steak in a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker.

3Remove stems and seeds from yellow and green peppers.

4Cut into strips.

5Arrange bell peppers on steak.

6Sprinkle with salt.

7Top with red pepper flakes, green onion, soy sauce and tomatoes.

8Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until steak is tender.
