Ingredients
- 3 lb. cabbage, very coarsely chopped
- 2 green peppers, chopped coarsely
- 2 onions, chopped coarsely
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. cooking oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. apple cider vinegar
Directions

1Combine cabbage, peppers, onions and sugar and mix well.

2Mix oil, vinegar, salt and pour over cabbage mixture and stir until very well mixed.

3Store in refrigerator in airtight container.

4Let stand at least 2 to 3 days.

5Flavor improves the longer it stands. Keeps well refrigerated.
