- 34 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 12 cup cornstarch
- 12 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup flour
- high-pectin jelly, such as rosehip,plum,quince or currant
Directions

1Cut butter into bowl.

2Add vanilla and almond extract.

3Add cornstarch, sugar and flour.

4Mix together.

5Make tablespoon-sized balls of dough.

6Place on lightly greased cookie sheet, flatten each ball a bit and make a small dent in each with your thumb of forefinger.

7Put a 1/4- 1/2 t jelly in each dent.

8Bake at 325* for 15-20 mins or until golden brown at edges.

9Cool on rack, store in airtight container.
