- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. grated lime peel
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- garlic powder to taste
- 4 chicken breasts, split
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh thyme or 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 chicken thighs
Directions

1In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter in olive oil and lime juice, thyme, lime peel, garlic, salt and pepper.

2Place chicken on a greased broiler pan.

3Brush with sauce.

4Broil, basting frequently.

5Have broiler pan 6 to 7 inches from the heat for 15 to 20 minutes on each side or until chicken juices seem clear.

6Serves 4 to 6.
