- 1 pkg. frozen perch fillets
- 1 large onion (optional)
- liquid smoke
- 2 bananas
- 2 sweet potatoes
- Hawaiian salt
Directions

1Line heavy roasting pan with 4 of the deveined and washed ti leaves.

2Place thawed but uncooked spinach leaves on ti leaves. Arrange pork and fish on top of spinach after brushing each one with liquid smoke.

3Add sliced onions and sprinkle on Hawaiian salt (about 2 teaspoons).
