- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can tomatoes, diced
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon basil, chopped
- black pepper, to-taste
- 5 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 lb small shrimp, peeled
Directions

1Add all ingredients except fish and shrimp to a saucepan.

2Simmer sauce until slightly thickened.

3Add shrimp to sauce. Cook 3 to 4 minutes.

4Place fish in a baking dish. Cover with sauce.

5Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
