- 5 large baking potatoes, peeled, sliced
- 2 large Vidalia onions, sliced*
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/2 cup Land O Lakes Butter, cut into small pieces

1Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

2Place potatoes and onions in mound onto 36x18-inch piece heavy-duty aluminum foil.

3Sprinkle with salt and red pepper; dot with butter.

4Bring edges of foil up to center; tightly seal top and sides of each packet.

5Place foil packet onto grill.

6Cover; grill, turning once, 50-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
