  • 3 cups crab
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup Italian leaf parsley
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 Baguetts

Directions

    Mix into crabmeat. Refrigerate for an hour. Serve with sliced toasted baguettes. I kind of burned ours---Brush oilve oil on one side and put under broiler until slightly (SLIGHTLY) toasted.
