Tinfoil S’Mores

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Graham Crackers
  • 2 pieces Jersey Milk Chocolate Bar
  • 1 whole Marshmallow

Directions

  1. 1
Lay out a piece of tinfoil and stack a graham cracker, chocolate, marshmallow and top with another graham cracker. Wrap the s'more up in the tinfoil. Place on a grate over the fire (you could do this in a bbq or even your oven). I like to remember which side the chocolate is on and put that side down first so it gets good and melted, then flip it over so it melts into the marshmallow. You kind of have to do some guesswork as to the time (depending on how hot your fire is) and use tongs or an oven mitt to pick it up. Let it cool a bit before opening the tinfoil, and if it's not finished, just wrap it back up and throw it on for a couple more minutes. Be careful not to burn your fingers! The tin cools off fairly quickly, but the melted stuff inside stays hot. If the crackers get a little burnt ... it's absolutely delicious. It makes a wonderful, ooey gooey delicious mess. Enjoy!
