- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Place graham cracker crumbs in lightly greased miniature muffin cups.

2Shake to remove excess.

3Cream 3/4 cup sugar and cream cheese in mixer bowl until light and fluffy.

4Beat in egg yolks.

5Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

6Pour into prepared muffin cups.

7Fill 3/4 full.

8Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes or until set.

9Top cooled cakes with mixture of sour cream, remaining 2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla.

10Bake for 5 minutes longer. Garnish with red or green cherries.
