  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • parsley
  • 2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • your favorite pastry (4 single crusts will make about 64 tiny tarts)
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled

Directions

    Cut pastry into 2-inch circle and gently line small muffin tins.

    Into pastry shell sprinkle small amount of chopped onion. Sprinkle small amount of crumbled bacon.
