  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. veal
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • dash of allspice
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 lb. pork
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 onion
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Mix meats together, then bread crumbs and milk.

    Stir to blend until a paste-like consistency.

    Add to ground meat in large bowl. Add seasonings and blend mixture well.

    Roll between hands into 1-inch balls.

    Set on waxed paper to dry.
