- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- dash of ground nutmeg
- dash of ground cinnamon
Directions

1Combine carrots, rum and water in a saucepan.

2Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until carrots are crisp-tender.
