Directions

1Beat egg yolks, 1 egg and sugar for 8 to 10 minutes until very firm.

2Fold in grappa.

3Add Tia Maria to sweetened Espresso.

4Dip ladyfingers (1 or 2 at a time) very fast in hot Espresso mixture. In pan, make layers:

51/2 ladyfingers, 1/2 custard (marscapone mixture), 1/2 ladyfingers, 1/2 custard.

6Right before serving, sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa.
