- 500 g mascarpone cheese
- 100 g sugar
- 6 eggs, yolk of
- 250 g Savoiardi cookies
- 200 ml coffee
- 200 g whipping cream
- 150 g amaretti cookies, crushed
- 50 g hintz Dutch-processed cocoa powder
Directions

1Whisk the sugar with the egg yolks in a large bowl until creamy.

2Add cheese and crushed Amaretto biscuits.

3Fold in the whipped cream.

4Mix slowly until smooth.

5Soak the Savoiardi biscuits in coffee.

6Put in a cup, alternate with the tiramisu mixture.

7Keep the Tiramisu in the fridge for 2 hours.

8Dust with cocoa powder and then serve.
