  • 6 Eggs
  • 6 Tbs Sugar
  • 1 package Biscotti Pavesini or Bisconova ladyfinger
  • 500g Mascarpone
  • 2-3 cups of espresso
  • Kahlua
  • 2 pezzi di cioccolate or cocoa powder

    Brew espresso and add Kahlua. Put aside

    Separate eggs.

    Add sugar to yolks mix and add to mascarpone. Beat whites to peaks.

    Fold whites into mascarpone mixture to make a bel gelato.

    Soak ladyfingers in espresso.

    lay biscuits in dish ,Cover with mascarpone mixture and grate chocolate over each layer. Repeat the layers.

    Cover top layer with grated chocolate or cocoa powder.

    Refrigerate. Overnight is best
