   Preheat oven to 450°.

   Beat eggs with milk.

   Stir together flour and salt; mix with egg mixture until well blended.

   Pour some of the fat into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

   Arrange sausages in the pan and pour batter over the sausages.

   Bake about 30 minutes or until puffed and brown.

   Serve immediately.
