- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. flour
- 2 lb. sausage
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Combine eggs, salt and milk.

3Blend in flour.

4Set aside for 15 minutes.

5Cut sausage in 3/4-inch pieces. In a heavy skillet over medium heat, saute sausage.

6Distribute drippings among eight 3-inch pie pans.

7Pour thin layers (about 1/4-inch) of batter in each pan.

8Bake for 5 minutes.

9Add sausage.

10Top with remaining batter.

11Bake about 25 minutes or until puffed up and browned.

12Serve at once.
