  • 2 slices Bread
  • 1 teaspoon Cream Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • 1 whole Egg

    Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a baking sheet with butter and set aside.

    Take the slices of bread. It could be any kind of bread. I made this with sandwich bread. On one of these slices, spread cream cheese. On the other slice, spread butter.

    Take the slice with butter and press the center until there is a cavity or indentation. Break the egg inside of it. Then put the other slice of bread on top, cream cheese side down, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.

    Serve with a cup of chocolate.
