  • 1/2 cup basil pesto
  • 5 oz cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella
  • None None salad to serve

    Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

    Cut the baguette in half, then split it horizontally. Spread each piece with pesto. Place on the baking tray.

    In small bowl, combine the chicken and cheese. Spoon on top of the pesto.
