- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 4 eggs (room temperature)
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 c. coconut
- 1 c. pecans
Directions

1In a large bowl, blend cake mix with pudding mix, water, eggs and oil.

2Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.

3Stir in coconut and pecans.

4Pour into 3 greased and floured 8-inch cake pans.

5Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

6Completely cool before frosting.
