  • 4 None Turkish rolls, halved horizontally
  • 3 oz basil, cashew and Parmesan dip
  • 5 oz hot Spanish salami, thinly sliced
  • 14 oz marinated chargrilled pepper
  • 5 oz sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • 3 oz baby spinach

Directions

    Preheat a sandwich press. Spread 1 tbsp basil dip over bottom rolls. Top with salami, pepper, tomatoes, cheese, spinach and top rolls. Toast rolls until golden and crisp. Serve warm.
