Toasted Pardon Peppers

  • 150 grams pardon peppers
  • 1 tbsp to 2 olive oil

Directions

    Add the olive oil to a frying pan, when the oil is hot add the peppers.

    Cook and continue stirring the peppers often until the skin is brown and has become blistered.

    About 4-5 minutes.

    You don't want to over cook them you still want them slightly firm.

    Lastly, remove the peppers from the pan, transfer to a plate and sprinkle with the salt.
