  • 1 c. butter (1/2 oleo and 1/2 butter)
  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 c. sifted flour

Directions

    Cream butter and light brown sugar.

    Add egg yolk and flour. Mix and spread on cookie sheet.

    Bake 20 minutes at 350° until lightly browned.

    Melt a 10 ounce chocolate bar.

    Spread on hot crust.

    Sprinkle top with pecans.

    Cut in small squares while still warm.

    Keep refrigerated.
