  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 125g KRAFT* Brie
  • 125g CAPTAIN'S TABLE* Water Crackers

Directions

    Place sugar and water in a small saucepan.

    Stir the water to dissolve the sugar and bring to the boil.

    Continue to simmer until toffee caramelises.

    Place Brie onto a cheese platter.

    Pour toffee over Brie and allow to set at room temperature for 30 minutes.

    Serve with water crackers.
