  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. shaved chocolate

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar, add beaten egg and vanilla.

    Add flour and salt.

    Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Spread 1 pound shaved chocolate on top and return to oven until melted.

    Cut into squares while warm.
