  • 13 oz. tofu, crumbled
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 c. white flour
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp. lemon extract (juice)

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

    Place in blender; whiz until very smooth.

    Empty into pie crust.
