- 8 ounces, weight Extra Firm Tofu
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Fat Free
- 1/4 cups Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- 2 Tablespoons Milk, Fat Free
- 1 whole Graham Cracker Crust, Store Bought

1Preheat your oven to 350°F.

2In a large bowl combine all the ingredients (except the crust). Mix with an electric mixer until well combined and pretty smooth (you do want some lumps to be in there, that's what gives the awesome texture later). Pour batter into the store bought crust.

3Bake for 25 minutes, then turn down the heat to 325°F and bake for an additional 22 minutes. Then remove it from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes before placing it in the fridge to cool completely (at least 2 hours).
