  • 1 qt. your favorite spaghetti sauce
  • 12 oz. grated Mozzarella
  • 1 lb. Ricotta
  • 1/2 pkg. tofu (frozen, then thawed)
  • 1/2 c. parsley
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 12 strips lasagne

Directions

    If you haven't thawed your tofu, do it in microwave, while noodles are cooking.

    Wring out tofu like a sponge to get rid of liquid.

    Chop it in chunks and put it into blender or food processor.

    Add Ricotta, parsley and milk until smoothly mixed.
