- 1 qt. your favorite spaghetti sauce
- 12 oz. grated Mozzarella
- 1 lb. Ricotta
- 1/2 pkg. tofu (frozen, then thawed)
- 1/2 c. parsley
- 1/3 c. milk
- 12 strips lasagne
Directions

1If you haven't thawed your tofu, do it in microwave, while noodles are cooking.

2Wring out tofu like a sponge to get rid of liquid.

3Chop it in chunks and put it into blender or food processor.

4Add Ricotta, parsley and milk until smoothly mixed.
