  • 3 oz lite tofu
  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese
  • 4oz buttermik
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1 rounded tablespoon wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon inulin (fiber supplement)
  • may sweeten with Splenda if necessary

    Place all in a blender and whip until smooth. Makes about two 6-8 oz glasses. Will keep about 1 day
