  • 1 bunch kale
  • 6 medium onions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 cup Feta cheese
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Chop onions and saute until translucent - about 10 minutes.

    Chop kale and red peppers and add to onions until kale is wilted - about 5 minutes.

    Add coarely copped feta cheese and salt and pepper to taste.

    Serve warm as a side dish.
