- 6 medium onions
- 1 red pepper
- 1 cup Feta cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Chop onions and saute until translucent - about 10 minutes.

2Chop kale and red peppers and add to onions until kale is wilted - about 5 minutes.

3Add coarely copped feta cheese and salt and pepper to taste.

4Serve warm as a side dish.
