- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons flour

- FILLING
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup coconut (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1Mix batter ingredients until well mixed and thick.

2Spoon batter into paper lined tins dividing evenly between 12 tins.

3Bake at 375F degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden.

4While that is baking, mix all filling ingredients together.

5Remove from the oven and spoon about 1 Tbs. filling into each cup equally.

6Bake again for about 15 minutes.

7Let cool then enjoy.
