Ingredients
- 4 to 5 ears cooked corn (16 oz. canned corn is okay; fresh corn should be cut off cob)
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 to 2 eggs
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. oil
- little milk (1/4 c. ?, if too thick)
Directions

1Combine corn, flour, sugar, eggs, salt and oil and mix in blender.

2Add milk if necessary.

3Fry in hot fat.

4Use a teaspoon as a measure.

5Keep warm on paper towels in oven until ready to serve.

6Serve with pancake syrup, jelly, powdered sugar or plain.
