Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 ears cooked corn (16 oz. canned corn is okay; fresh corn should be cut off cob)
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 to 2 eggs
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • little milk (1/4 c. ?, if too thick)

Directions

    Combine corn, flour, sugar, eggs, salt and oil and mix in blender.

    Add milk if necessary.

    Fry in hot fat.

    Use a teaspoon as a measure.

    Keep warm on paper towels in oven until ready to serve.

    Serve with pancake syrup, jelly, powdered sugar or plain.
