Ingredients

  • 300 grams of large shrimps ,peeled and clean
  • 2 cup of chicken stock
  • 1 stick of lemon grass slices
  • 3 slice of galangal
  • 3 red thai chilies slices
  • 3 shallots cut into half
  • 2 bunch of coriander with roots
  • 1 large tomato cut into 6 pieces
  • 1 tbsp of fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp of chicken stock powder
  • 1/2 cup of coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp of sweet chilli paste

Directions

    Pour chicken stock in the pot add galangal, lemon grass ,chilies ,shallots and coriander roots bring to boil.

    Add shrimp and tomato let's boil till shrimps are cooked

    Add chicken stock powder, fish sauce ,oyster sauce and coriander

    Add coconut cream and sweet chilli paste then add lemon juice
