- 4 tomatillos
- 12 cup onion
- 4 pieces fresh ginger
- 2 green chilies
- 1 pinch ground cumin
- 1 pinch paprika or 1 pinch red chili powder
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 12 cups bulgur wheat
- 3 cups water
Directions

1Fry onions in vegetable oil.add green chilies and ginger.

2Add the tomatillos and keep frying.

3Add cumin, paprika, turmeric.

4Add broken wheat.Add cilantro and then add water.

5Cover with lid for abt 20 minutes.

6For a mexican version of the same dish, add pinch of orgeno and jalapeno instead of green chilies.
