  • 8 to 12 tomatillos
  • 4 to 6 serrano, jalapeno, or habaneros peppers
  • 2 or 3 table spoons olive oil
  • 1 table spoon honey
  • cracked pepper
  • green or half yellow onion
  • 2 to 3 garlic cloves
  • cilantro
  • salt to taste

Directions

    -cut tomatillos in half and roast in oven till blackened
  2. 2
    -along with tomatillo roast chosen pepper. halved or whole.

    -place roasted tomatillos and pepper in blender
  4. 4
    -add garlic, onions, cilantro, olive oil and honey in blender.

    -pepper and salt to taste

    -serve as a salsa for dip, tacos, etc..
